The 6R’s by Dr. Prosje is a mnemonic for coping strategies for individuals with neurological impairments and their caregivers during COVID-19. Although these strategies were created by Dr. Prosje for her patients and their families, most of them can be beneficial to almost anyone, particularly during times of stress.
