FAA NEUROPSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATIONS: Dr. Prosje is a licensed psychologist and neuropsychologist who is board-eligible in neuropsychology and trained in the Cogscreen-AE (a computerized test created for and normed on pilots). She has attended the Human Intervention Motivation Study (HIMS) required training to evaluate pilots. She also has attended the Aviation Psychology Conference in September 2019   Read more here

NEUROPSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATIONS: Neurological disorders: traumatic brain injuries, stroke and other cerebrovascular disorders, seizure disorders, movement disorders (PD, ET), neurodegenerative dementias (Alzheimer’s, vascular, Lewy Body, frontotemporal), demyelinating disorders (MS), endocrine disorders, systemic illnesses, psychiatric conditions

MEDICAL EVALUATIONS: (usually covered by insurance) pre-surgical evaluations for DBS, epilepsy, transplants, shunt placement

LEGAL/FORENSIC/IME EVALUATIONS: (attorneys usually involved; self-pay) independent medical evaluations, capacity evaluations, disability evaluations, court-ordered evaluations

PSYCHO-EDUCATIONAL EVALUATIONS: (usually self-pay) including IQ, Achievement, ADHD, and neuropsychological functioning; assist with treatment planning; detailed recommendations and accommodations 
WORKER’S COMPENSATION: company-paid

PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATIONS: for differential diagnosis of mood, anxiety, trauma, somatic symptoms, substance use, and personality disorders

Monday – Friday: 7:45 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
